2008年6月~2010年8月,通过对甘肃省中南部地区主栽食用菌品种金针菇、香菇、平菇175个样品及3个食用菌生产基地的灌溉用水和培养料(棉籽壳)的农药残留发生情况进行调查。结果显示,滴滴涕、甲胺磷等剧毒和高毒农药、甲基托布津在3种主栽食用菌175个样品中均未测出;多菌灵、氯氰菊酯及溴氰菊酯等有少量残留,但均在检出限值以内;3个生产基地灌溉用水均未检测出农药残留;3个生产基地的培养料(棉籽壳)中均测出多菌灵、氯氰菊酯及甲基托布津,其中陇南市康县阳坝镇食用菌示范生产基地培养料(棉籽壳)样品中还含有滴滴涕0.0635 mg.kg-1、溴氰菊酯0.010 mg.kg-1,均在检出限值范围以内。
From June 2008 to August 2010, a total of 175 samples of edible fungus Flammulina velutipes, shiitake mushrooms and Pleurotus ostreatus collected from central and southern areas of Gansu Province and pesticides for irrigation water and culture material (cotton seed hulls) from three edible mushroom production bases Residues were investigated. The results showed that DDT, methamidophos and other highly toxic and highly toxic pesticides, thiophanate-methyl were not detected in 175 samples of three kinds of main edible mushrooms; a small amount of carbendazim, cypermethrin and deltamethrin residues , But all were within the detection limit. No pesticide residues were detected in the irrigation water of the three production bases. Carbendazim, cypermethrin and thiophanate-methyl were detected in the culture materials (cotton seed hulls) of the three production bases, of which, Longnan Town Kangxian edible fungus demonstration base production base material (cotton seed hull) samples also contain DDT 0.0635 mg.kg-1, deltamethrin 0.010 mg.kg-1, are within the detection limit.
