鉴于目前全区工资计算单位不统一,致影响工资标准的统一制定与比较,影响工资基金之计划,甚至由于各种现行工资分中各种实物规定的不够恰当而影响职工的实际所得及相互有意见。为了克服上述现象,便于今后逐步制定全区统一的工资标准,替今后改革工资制度创造条件,以便掌握工资基金计划和保证职工生活起见,特规定全区工资计算单位的统一办法如下:
In view of the current unification of the wage calculation unit in the whole region and the unanimous formulation and comparison of the wage standards, the plans affecting the fund of salaries will affect the actual income of workers and their mutual benefits due to the inadequacy of various kinds of physical provisions in various existing wage sub-programs opinion. In order to overcome the above-mentioned phenomenon, it is convenient for the future to gradually formulate a unified wage standard in the whole region, create conditions for reforming the wage system in the future in order to master the wage fund plan and ensure the livelihood of staff and workers. The unified approach for setting wage calculation units in the whole region is as follows:
