The authors report the use of Geristore materials to repair cases of mechanical root perforation. The patient, a 37-year-old male, found two root perforations in the root after removal of the pile. After root canal cleaning, rinsing, drying and acid etching, three nails were placed in the mesio-buccal area. Tenure was applied to the root canal to rapidly inject Geristore into the root canal to establish a post core.
