1.从不饱和聚酯的分子量分布出发,应用统计概率论推导出不饱和聚酯溶胶含量同烯类单体共聚交链程度之间的关系式,其结果表明溶胶含量同线性不饱和聚酯本身的缩聚反应程度,醇酸克分子比及不饱和双键的反应程度有密切的定量关系。 2.用大量的有关实验数据,其中包含聚反丁烯二酸丁二醇酯和苯二烯;聚反丁烯二酸1.3丁二醇酯和苯乙烯、乙烯基丙基醚、丙烯腈、甲基丙烯酸甲酯及醋酸乙烯酯;聚反丁烯二酸一缩乙二醇和苯乙烯等化学交联共聚反应。用它们的一系列数据来分析本文提出的关系式,其结果表明理论计算的聚酯溶胶量和实测的溶胶量相当一致,从而说明了定量关系的合理性及适应性。
1. Starting from the molecular weight distribution of unsaturated polyester, the relationship between the content of unsaturated polyester sol and the crosslinking degree of ethylenic monomer was deduced by statistical probability theory. The results showed that the content of sol was the same as that of linear unsaturated polyester The degree of polycondensation reaction, the mole ratio of alkyd and the reaction degree of unsaturated double bond are closely related quantitatively. 2. A series of data were used to analyze the relationship proposed in this paper. The results show that the amount of polyester sol calculated theoretically is in good agreement with the measured amount of sol, which shows the rationality and adaptability of the quantitative relationship.
