通过智慧供热平台在沈阳惠天棋盘山供热有限责任公司(简称惠天棋盘山公司)的建设和应用实例,总结和分析了整体解决方案、系统调控和运行数据,得出采用“阀泵联合”控制策略可有效解决系统扩展、源网联动、热力和水力失调、降低运行成本和用户投诉率等问题,在满足安全、平稳、长周期、可控和热舒适性的基础上,用户室温合格率达到98.7%,降低一次网和二次网电耗指标分别为32.72%和17.83%。
Through the construction and application examples of Shenyang Huitian Qipanshan Heating Co., Ltd. (Huitian Qipanshan Company), the intelligent heating platform summarizes and analyzes the overall solution, system regulation and operation data, and draws the conclusion that adopting “valve Pump joint ”control strategy can effectively solve the problems of system expansion, source network linkage, thermal and hydraulic imbalance, reducing operation cost and user complaint rate. On the basis of meeting the requirements of safety, smoothness, long period, controllable and thermal comfort, User room temperature pass rate of 98.7%, reducing primary and secondary network power consumption indicators were 32.72% and 17.83%.
