卫生就是民生,小康需要健康,要实现中国梦,强健的身体是基础条件。全市卫生系统要全面贯彻落实党的十八大和十八届三中全会精神,围绕把衡阳建设成为区域性医疗救治中心的总目标,以全面深化医药卫生体制改革为手段,以“牢固树立一种理念、着力培养一批人才、科学建立一套体系、广泛营造一种氛围”为抓手,提升服务能力,提高服务水平,开创全市医疗卫生改革工作新局面。
