信息时代,人们对知识获取的方式有所改变,作为知识存储的重要机构,图书馆也必须求新求变,以适应变化发展的社会需求。针对这一问题,首先要加强图书馆的人才队伍建设,如推行继续教育、引进优秀人才、建立激励和竞争机制以及建设积极健康的图书馆文化;其次要完善图书馆的服务,如加强软件和硬件建设、转变服务方式和开展馆际合作。相信从人才队伍建设和服务两个方面双管齐下,一定能够大幅度提高图书馆的软实力,从而从容应对信息时代的挑战。
In the information era, people have changed the way of acquiring knowledge. As an important institution for storing knowledge, libraries must also seek new changes in order to adapt to the changing social needs. In response to this problem, we must first strengthen the library personnel pool construction, such as the implementation of continuing education, the introduction of talented people, the establishment of incentives and competition mechanisms and building a positive and healthy library culture; secondly, to improve library services, such as strengthening the software and Hardware construction, change of service mode and carry out inter-collegiate cooperation. I believe that from the two aspects of personnel building and service both ways, we can certainly greatly improve the library’s soft power so as to calmly meet the challenges of the information age.
