以某矿为实验矿区,通过理论分析和相似材料模拟并结合三围光学摄影,探究复合顶板的破坏机理,提出支护方案并进行现场验证。研究表明:实验左翼皮带巷为“三软”巷道,复合顶板岩层间弱面、层理发育,各岩层岩性较差、厚度较小,导致离层破坏更加严重。提出采用高强高预应力让压锚杆、宽W钢带与带肋树脂锚索联合支护的方案,使复合顶板的完整性及稳定性大大增强,为复合顶板支护问题提供技术借鉴。
Taking a certain mine as an experimental mining area, the failure mechanism of the composite roof was explored through theoretical analysis and simulation of similar materials combined with the measurement of the optical measurements. The support scheme was put forward and the site was verified. The research shows that the experimental left-wing belt lane is a “three soft ” roadway, the weak roof of the composite roof rock strata, stratification development, the lithology of each rock formation is poor, the thickness is small, resulting in more serious damage from the layer. Proposed to use high strength and high prestress to let pressure bolt, wide W strip and ribbed resin anchor joint support program, so that the integrity and stability of the composite roof greatly enhanced, providing technical reference for the composite roof support problems.
