目的 探讨角膜内出血的病因和诊断、治疗的经验。方法 回顾分析我科15年内治疗的8例患者的病历资料。结果(1)8例中7例有角膜新生血管;出血发生的诱因:4例系氩激光光凝角膜新生血管,1例为角膜移植术,3例为自发性。(2)角膜内出血外观酷似于角膜接触镜血染。(3)除1例因角膜溃疡穿孔行眼球摘除术外,经一般治疗或氩激光治疗後,出血均于1～3周内吸收。结论 (1)角膜内出血一般源于角膜新生血管。(2)角膜内出血应与角膜血染及角膜接触镜血染相区别。(3)氩激光光凝角膜新生血管时方法务必正确。
Objective To investigate the cause of corneal hemorrhage and its diagnosis and treatment experience. Methods Retrospective analysis of medical records of 8 patients treated in our department within 15 years. Results (1) There were 7 cases of corneal neovascularization in 8 cases. The causes of bleeding were 4 cases of argon laser photocoagulation corneal neovascularization, 1 case of corneal transplantation and 3 cases of spontaneous. (2) the appearance of corneal hemorrhage resembles the contact lens blood stained. (3) In addition to a case of corneal ulcer perforation due to enucleation, the general treatment or argon laser treatment, the bleeding were absorbed within 1 to 3 weeks. Conclusions (1) Corneal hemorrhage is usually caused by corneal neovascularization. (2) corneal hemorrhage and corneal blood stained and contact lens blood stained differently. (3) argon laser photocoagulation corneal neovascularization method must be correct.
