高炉生产随精料的发展和冶炼强度的提高,不少高炉炉身寿命日趋缩短,重要原因之一就是采用精料以后渣量减少,产生了碱金属在炉内循环富积而严重侵蚀砖衬的新问题。武钢高炉炉身寿命有的仅2~3年,为查明破损原因,对高炉进行了多次破损调查,调查结果表明:高炉的碱负荷为7~9kg/T·Fe;锌负荷为0.6kg/T·Fe,高炉砖衬中存在着严重的碱金属富积,最高碱含量达50.6%,凡是含钾、钠、锌,沉积炭高的砖衬,往往失去强度,破损严重,甚至呈疏松状。残存砖的岩相鉴定也表明,碱金属和锌与砖中莫来石生成新的化合物,同时有促进
