目的分析护士长和质量控制小组的方法对提高护理质量的有效性。方法通过使用护士长质控和科室质控小组质控,对科室中的护理缺陷进行针对性的处理,保证到科室能够正常实施护理。结果通通过这种手段能够明显的提升科室中的护理质量,对于科室的正常护理有着极为重要的意义。结论护士长和质控小组模式及时有效的改进科室护理质量的方法,在实际的进行护理的过程中值得推广应用。
Objective To analyze the effectiveness of nurses and quality control teams in improving the quality of nursing. Methods By using the quality control of nurses and the quality control team of the department, the nursing defects in the department were dealt with in a targeted manner to ensure that the departments could carry out the normal nursing. Results through this means can significantly improve the quality of care in the department, for the Department of the normal care has a very important significance.
