实验用3周龄白色瑞士Websters 5 F_1小鼠。实验前先喂小鼠正常饲料1周,以适应环境条件。为了观察不同年龄、性别和饲料对环磷酰胺(CY)在小鼠骨髓细胞染色体效应中的影响,实验分组情况如表。实验所用50%和75%蛋白质缺乏的饲料是由正常饲料(含蛋白质22%)与纯淀粉按1:1或1:3混配而成。于处死前3周开始喂给小鼠蛋白质缺乏饲料。各实验组小鼠处死前45小时注射CY0.5mg/10g体重,对照组给等量蒸馏水。所有小鼠
Experimental 3 weeks old white Swiss Websters 5 F 1 mice. Before the experiment, mice were fed with normal feed for 1 week to adapt to the environmental conditions. In order to observe the effects of different age, sex and feed on the chromosomal effects of cyclophosphamide (CY) in mouse bone marrow cells, the experimental groupings are shown in the table. The 50% and 75% protein-deficient feeds used in the experiment consisted of a 1: 1 or 1: 3 blend of normal feed (22% protein) and pure starch. Mouse protein-deficient diets were started 3 weeks prior to sacrifice.
