目的:观察小脑电刺激治疗对脑性瘫痪患儿的临床治疗作用并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:120位符合入选标准的脑性瘫痪患儿按就诊时间、性别随机分为两组:观察组(小脑电刺激加综合康复治疗)和对照组(综合康复治疗),连续治疗3个月,治疗前和治疗结束后分别进行粗大运动功能量表评估和Gesell智力测试。结果:小脑电刺激观察组疗效(总有效率95%)好于对照组(80%,P<0.01),观察组粗大运动功能量表评分结果(37.49±4.81)及Gesell智力测试之适应性项发育商得分结果(84.86±7.27)均较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论:小脑电刺激是脑性瘫痪患儿安全、有效的临床康复治疗手段之一。
Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of cerebellum electrical stimulation on children with cerebral palsy and to explore its mechanism. Methods: 120 children with cerebral palsy who meet the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into observation group (cerebellum electrical stimulation plus comprehensive rehabilitation) and control group (comprehensive rehabilitation) according to the time and sex of treatment. The patients were continuously treated for 3 months, The preoperative and post-treatment scores were assessed by the Gross Motor Function Scale and the Gesell Intelligence Test. Results: The results showed that the total effective rate was 95% in the cerebella stimulation group (80%, P <0.01). The score of the Gross Motor Function Scale (37.49 ± 4.81) in the observation group and the fitness index in the Gesell Intelligence Test Developmental score (84.86 ± 7.27) was higher than the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Cerebellar electrical stimulation is one of the safe and effective clinical rehabilitation treatments for children with cerebral palsy.
