腺淋巴瘤（Ａｄｅｎｏｌｙｍｐｈｏｍａ）又名淋巴乳头状囊腺瘤，好发于腮腺，男性多见，发病高峰在５０～７０岁，约占涎腺肿瘤的１－５～８－５％。我科自１９８１～１９９８年所收治的３１例腮腺淋巴瘤患者，现将其临床与病理情况分析如下。１ 临床资料１．１ 一般资料：
