在CW系列型水平仪的研制中,采用SOC单片机C8051F023为水平仪作温度曲线补偿。SOC单片机C8051F023具有与MCS-51内核及指令集完全兼容的微控制器,片内还集成了12位高速A/D转换器、12位D/A转换器和温度传感器等模拟部件。利用C8051F023片内集成的A/D转换器采集水平仪的输出信号,通过FIR数字滤波器滤出噪音和干扰信号,再根据温度传感器数据与标定的水平仪温度逐次漂移进行多点分段线性补偿,从而消除水平仪温度逐次漂移误差。SOC单片机进行温度曲线补偿的方法,在硬件成本增加很少的情况下,提高了水平仪的精度及可靠性,减少了实验成本、实验周期,有较好的社会效益和经济效益。
