1 病例报告rn患者男,72岁,主诉突发头晕、胸闷6小时.10天前起床活动后突发头晕、胸闷伴大汗半小时,心电图示窦性心动过速,给予“心得安10 mg每日3次”口服.入院当天晨5点起床时上述症状复发且伴一过性黑朦,心前区持续性疼痛,无放射痛,120急诊收入院.
