采用纳米镍粉对螺旋手性碳纤维进行改性使其电磁性能发生改变。用XRD、SEM等手段表征了改性前后的成分变化和微观形貌。电磁参数测量比较了修饰前后介电常数和磁导率电磁参数的改变。改性后介电常数减小,介电损耗减小,磁导率增加,磁损耗增加。螺旋手性碳纤维的改性相当于把空芯导电螺线线圈改为带磁芯导电螺线线圈,增强了螺旋手性碳纤维的交叉极化,使介电常数和磁导率值接近,从而改进了涂层的匹配性,增强了涂层的吸波性能。吸波涂层的实测吸波效果达到了在6GHz-18GHz范围反射率在6dB-8dB的比较平坦的、吸波频带宽为 12GHz的吸波曲线.涂层面密度低于3kg/m2。
Nanometer nickel powder modified helical carbon fiber to change its electromagnetic properties. The changes of composition and microstructure before and after modification were characterized by XRD and SEM. Electromagnetic parameters were measured before and after the modification of the permittivity and permeability of electromagnetic parameters change.
