本文讨论如何实际应用自然样条函数对离散化生理实验数据进行数值微分.着重从理论上分析计算中的误差问题,推导了在微分运算中随机误差对结果影响的表达式.在误差分析的基础上,提出选择采样频率、采样分辨率及采样保持器的综合准则.并给出了微分极值的计算公式.文中还给出对心肌细胞动作电位O相、胸腔阻抗图以及心腔内压数值微分的实例.
In this paper, we discuss how to use natural spline functions to numerically differentiate discretized physiological experimental data, emphasizing theoretically the calculation of errors and deriving the expression of the effect of stochastic errors on the results in differential operation.On the basis of error analysis , Put forward the selection criteria of sampling frequency, sampling resolution and sample holder, and gives the formula of differential extreme value.The paper also gives the action potential of cardiomyocytes O phase, the chest impedance diagram and the value of intracardiac pressure An example of differentiation.
