This article aims to determine the effects of thermal injury on the production of TNF, IL-1, PGE 2, C 3 and the cytotoxicity of these cells in vitro by bone marrow macrophages. Six female guinea pigs weighing 400-500 g and 50% Ⅲ ° burn area were selected as experimental group and six non-burn guinea pigs as control group. Animals were sacrificed 24 hours later to obtain bone marrow macrophages for various observations. The results showed that: 1) TNF produced by macrophages cultured in vitro in experimental group at 4 hours and 24 hours was significantly larger than that in control group. Four days were not measured in both groups. 2) The experimental group of bone marrow macrophages, cultured in vitro 4 hours and 24 hours, the amount of IL-1 produced and the control group no significant difference. 4 days, experimental group
