安徽省桐城市在承担全国现代生态农业基地农业清洁生产试验示范基地建设基础上,针对当地突出生态环境问题,结合新型经营主体生产实际,围绕“一控二减三基本”的目标,遵循源头控制、中间减量、末端降解的原则,针对性推广绿色种植技术,降低农业投入品使用量,减少化学肥料、化学农药的用量,实施农作物秸秆资源化循环利用。总结提炼出绿色种植典型技术,在条件类似区域辐射推广。
