We used an improved method to extract and purify the strains of Shanghai An. An. Sinensis, A. sinensis, Guangxi strain, Wuhan strain and Zhengzhou strain, belonging to the Anchorage mosquito group. An. Anlata sub-species A.leeteri anthropophagus Guangxi geographic strains and Wuxi strains. A.liangshannesis, A.xiaokuanus, Anopheles gondii genomic DNA.
