用改进的方法合成和确证了2-苯基-2,3-二氢-1,5-苯并噻庚因-4(5H)-酮(PDBT)和2-(2-呋喃基)-2,3-二氢-1,5-苯并噻庚因-4(5H)-酮(FDBT)两个化合物,其纯度分别为99.5%和99.6%.并得到了其X-射线粉末衍射图谱,最强线用Hanawalt法表示.另对这两个化合物的TG和DSC曲线进行测试,并对其特征值进行指征.结果发现,两化合物在熔化时就发生了分解,其熔点测定具有程序性,就此引起不同文献报道的熔点值存在明显差异.根据GB/T617-1988对其熔点测定,给出了两化合物的熔点值:PDBT T始175.86°C,T终177.09°C;FDBT T始158.54°C,T终159.31°C.
Synthesis and confirmation of 2-phenyl-2,3-dihydro-1,5-benzothiepin-4 (5H) -one (PDBT) and 2- (2-furyl) -2 (FDBT) with purity of 99.5% and 99.6%, respectively, and their X-ray powder diffraction patterns were obtained, The strongest line is represented by the Hanawalt method. The TG and DSC curves of the two compounds were also tested and their eigenvalues were evaluated. The results showed that both compounds decomposed on melting, and their melting points were programmed , Which caused a significant difference in the melting point values reported in different literatures.According to the determination of melting point of GB / T617-1988, the melting points of the two compounds are given: PDBT T 175.86 ° C, T 177.09 ° C; FDBT T 158.54 ° C, T-end 159.31 ° C.
