煤炭企业物资管理既承担着保障安全生产物资供应的职责,同时也处在降低成本管理的重要环节,管理自然存在着一定的难度。本文作者根据自己的工作实际,就如何在煤炭企业创建物资超市管理新模式进行了简单的论述。
The material management of coal enterprises not only undertakes the responsibility of guaranteeing the supply of safe production materials, but also plays an important role in reducing cost management.
