目的分析山竹果壳提取物及倒捻子素对紫外线的防护作用,比较其与芦丁、纳米TiO2的抗紫外线防护作用。方法使用紫外可见分光光度计测定不同波长下及全波长扫描时山竹果壳正丁醇萃取物、倒捻子素、芦丁和纳米TiO2的紫外线吸收率。结果山竹正丁醇萃取物及倒捻子素浓度≥0.40mg/ml时具有很好的抗紫外线防晒作用,在低浓度(≤0.40mg/ml)条件下两者抗紫外线作用优于TiO2。结论山竹正丁醇萃取物及倒捻子素抗紫外线辐射作用优于纳米TiO2。
Objective To analyze the protective effect of mangosteen nut shell extract and mangostin on UV light and compare its anti-UV protective effect with rutin and nano-TiO2. Methods The UV absorbance of n-butanol extract, mangostin, rutin and nano-TiO2 in mangosteen natans were measured by UV-vis spectrophotometer at different wavelengths and at full wavelength. Results The results showed that the n - butyl alcohol extract and mangostin had a good anti - UV protection effect when the concentration of mangostin was ≥ 0.40 mg / ml. The anti - UV effect of mangosteen was better than that of TiO2 under low concentration (≤ 0.40 mg / ml). Conclusion The anti-ultraviolet radiation effects of n-butyl alcohol extract and mangostin are superior to nano-TiO2.
