以阿苯达唑治疗兔旋毛虫病，疗程结束后逐周解剖旋毛虫幼虫观察在药物作用下形态学的改变。结果于停药１ｗｋ后幼虫开始死亡，虫体结构破坏，轮廓模糊不清，虫休缩小、断裂、钙化。至第５ｗｋ后虫体基本被吸收，偶见残留部分虫体，最终被完全机化，肌肉组织逐步修复。对照组囊包完整，虫体光滑。结果表明阿苯达唑用于治疗旋毛虫病幼虫效果满意。
Rabbits were treated with albendazole for Trichinella. Trichinella spiralis larvae were dissected weekly to observe the morphological changes under the action of drugs. The results in the withdrawal 1wk after the larvae began to die, parasitic structure damage, blurred outline, rest break, rupture, calcification. After the 5th wk parasites were basically absorbed, and occasionally residual part of the parasites, eventually being fully mechanized, and gradually repair muscle tissue. The control group complete package, body is smooth. The results showed that albendazole was effective in treating Trichinella spiralis larvae.
