目的:探讨重组人碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(rhbFGF) 对人羊水细胞及其它细胞的影响。方法:在低血清培养基培养条件下进行人羊水细胞及Balb/c 小鼠巨噬细胞和3T3 成纤维细胞,采用四甲基偶氮唑盐( MTT) 比色法和倒置显微镜观察rhbFGF 对人羊水细胞存活的影响。结果:人羊水细胞、Balb/c 小鼠巨噬细胞和3T3 成纤维细胞在0-4 % 胎牛血清培养基培养条件下,不同浓度的rhbFGF 对羊水细胞的作用存在相关性。结论:rhbFGF 能延长羊水细胞、Balb/c小鼠巨噬细胞和3T3 成纤维细胞的存活时间
Objective: To investigate the effect of recombinant human basic fibroblast growth factor (rhbFGF) on human amniotic fluid cells and other cells. Methods: Human amniotic fluid cells and Balb / c mouse macrophages and 3T3 fibroblasts were cultured in low serum medium. MTT assay and inverted microscope were used to observe the effect of rhbFGF on human Amniotic fluid cell survival effects. Results: The human amniotic fluid cells, Balb / c mouse macrophages and 3T3 fibroblasts cultured in 0-4% fetal bovine serum medium had different concentrations of rhbFGF on the role of amniotic fluid cells. Conclusion: rhbFGF can prolong the survival time of amniotic fluid cells, Balb / c mouse macrophages and 3T3 fibroblasts
