关于纺织噪声对人体心血管系统影响的研究,已有不少报道,但多为单项指标分析。典型相关(Canoni-cal correlation)分析是充分挖掘变量集合之间相关性的多元统计方法。本文试用该法评价噪声强度、接触噪声工龄和遗传因素等对心电图某些指标改变的影响。测试仪器用2230型精密数字式声级计(丹麦B&K公司产)测量车间内环境噪声。用国产HB—1型心电图机检查受试者心电。调查对象选择北京市5个纺织厂的纺纱及织布女工为接触组。接触连续稳态噪声85及95dB(A),单一工种,连续作业,且就业前无心血管系统疾病史者
There have been many reports on the influence of textile noise on the cardiovascular system in our country, but most of them are single index analysis. Canonical correlation analysis is a multivariate statistical method that exploits the correlation between sets of variables. This article tries this method to evaluate the impact of noise intensity, exposure to noise on the length of service and genetic factors such as changes in some indicators of ECG. The test instrument measures the ambient noise in the shop using a 2230 precision digital sound level meter (manufactured by Danish company B & K). With domestic HB-1-type ECG test subjects ECG.
