一个工厂,保留和发展那些产品,应作出科学性的决策,而不应该主观臆断。决策源于产品的市场分析与经济分析,判断那些产品有市场能量,能满足用户的要求,有怎样的竞争对手,产品要生产多少才有盈利,亏了又怎么办? 一、近年产品销售情况分析就某一种基本产品而言,它的年销售量、销售地区、销售对象(用户类别或行业)是已知的。可以统计两、三年的数据如表1和表2。
