随着电力体制改革的不断深入,电力市场的竞争也越来越激烈。供电企业要想在激烈的市场竞争中取得不败之地,就必须要加强企业文化建设。本文简要论述了目前供电企业文化建设的不足以及供电企业文化建设的重要性,据此提出了促进供电企业文化建设和谐发展的途径。
