笔者根据苏联谢明钦柯“齿轮刀具”下册中所列的刨刀角度关系式 tgγ_x=tgγ·cosa_0-tga_B·sinα_0及tgγ_y=tgγ·sin a_0+tg a_B·cos a_0进行计算时,发现有一定的误差,并对此进行推导,得出其关系式。现叙述如下,希望读者推导指正。在静止状态下,刨刀结构本身没有后角,如图1所示,其工作中的后角是由机床刀座倾角 a_B 得到的。在格里生型机床上一般为 a_B=12°,此时侧刃后角 a_δ=4°(齿形角 a_0=20°时)。刨刀静止状态下主截面内的前角γ按被加工材料选择,一般取20°。
