目的了解2010—2014年睢宁县儿童蛲虫感染情况及变化趋势,掌握流行规律,为制定蛲虫病防控对策和评价防治效果提供科学依据。方法 2010—2014年每年在全县不同方位选择5个乡(镇),每个乡(镇)各抽取1所幼儿园和1所小学作为调查点,每个调查点不少于200名儿童。采用透明胶纸肛拭法检查蛲虫卵。采用问卷方式进行相关影响因素调查,在每所幼儿园调查家长、学校调查学生各50名。建立Excel数据库并进行统计分析。结果2010—2014年共检查5 416人,检出蛲虫感染者69人,总感染率为1.27%。男、女性儿童平均感染率分别为1.35%和1.18%(χ2=0.2904,P>0.05);幼儿园学生平均感染率为0.97%,一年级学生平均感染率为1.57%(χ2=3.9064,P<0.05);相关因素调查显示,卫生环境条件、卫生设施及管理制度、家庭及个人卫生习惯等方面总体上幼儿园要优于小学。结论睢宁县儿童蛲虫感染率较低,但仍应制定实际、有效、可持续的蛲虫病预防控制措施,进一步降低睢宁县儿童蛲虫感染率,保障儿童健康。
Objective To understand the prevalence and tendency of pinworm infection in children in Suining County from 2010 to 2014 and to master the epidemic rules and provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of pinworm and evaluate the prevention and control effects. Methods From 2010 to 2014, five townships (towns) were selected for different directions throughout the county. One kindergarten and one primary school were selected as survey points in each township (town), with no less than 200 children per survey site. Transparent adhesive tape anal swab method to check the worm eggs. A questionnaire survey was conducted to determine the relevant influencing factors. Parents and school survey students in each kindergarten were surveyed for 50 students each. Establish Excel database and make statistical analysis. Results From 2010 to 2014, a total of 5 416 people were examined, and 69 people were detected. The total infection rate was 1.27%. The average infection rate of kindergarten students was 0.97% and the average infection rate of first-year students was 1.57% (χ2 = 3.9064, P <0.05), while the average infection rates of male and female children were 1.35% and 1.18% respectively (χ2 = 0.2904, ); Related factors survey showed that overall environmental health conditions, sanitation and management system, family and personal hygiene habits kindergarten is better than primary school. Conclusion The prevalence of pinworm infection in children in Suining County is low, but practical, effective and sustainable prevention and control measures of enterobiasis should be established to further reduce the prevalence of pinworm in Yongning County and to ensure the health of children.
