1985年6～12月经我科一组治疗的视网膜脱离92例99只眼。手术后视网膜平复,裂孔封闭91眼(92.9%)。其中巨大裂孔、多发性大裂孔,分布于三个象限的多裂孔,白内障摘出术后或视网膜脱离手术失败玻璃体改变严重的漏斗状脱离,以及视乳头附近裂孔部分黄斑洞合并周围视网膜裂孔,玻璃体纤维条束严重的病例,具有上述情况手术治疗比较困难的病例共32只眼占32.3%o手术方法根据各例不同的条件选择不同的方式,如视乳头附近裂孔及黄斑洞用兜带术,其他部位裂孔选择巩膜缩短,电凝,异体巩膜填充、冷冻、硅胶填压,环扎术或玻璃体切割,玻璃体内注射消毒空气等多种方式联合使用,共治愈26眼,占疑难病例32只眼的81%。本文还对兜带术和各种联合手术作了简单介绍及谈了手术体会。
