为研究Mehlich 3法(简称M3法)、ASI法与常规法测定土壤有效磷、有效钾的相关性,寻求快速、准确的测定方法,减少测土配方施肥中养分工作量,选取当地主要耕地土壤紫色土和水稻土各70份样品,采用M3法、ASI法与常规法测定土壤有效磷含量、有效钾含量,用测定数据建立回归方程,求相关系数,检验其相关性。结果显示:M3、ASI法与常规法相比,测定的紫色土有效磷、有效钾具有相关性;测定的水稻土有效磷具有相关性,而有效钾无相关性。说明在测定紫色土有效磷、有效钾时,M3法、ASI法可代替常规法,但测定水稻土等其他土壤还须进一步研究。
In order to study Mehlich 3 method (referred to as M3 method), ASI method and conventional method to determine the correlation between available phosphorus and available potassium in soil, to seek fast and accurate determination method, to reduce the nutrient load in soil testing and formula fertilization, Purple soil and paddy soil. The soil available P content and available potassium content were determined by M3 method, ASI method and conventional method. The regression equation was established by using the measured data, and the correlation coefficient was calculated to test the correlation. The results showed that there was a correlation between available phosphorus and available potassium in purple soil measured by the method of M3 and ASI compared with the conventional method. There was a correlation between available phosphorus in paddy soil and available potassium. This indicated that in the determination of available phosphorus and available potassium in purple soil, the M3 method and the ASI method could replace the conventional method, but the determination of other soils such as paddy soil needed further study.
