为了研究蠕变温度对Al-Cu-Mg合金晶内S’相析出过程的影响,测定125、150、175、200℃4种温度下合金的蠕变性能,并通过透射电子显微镜对比分析蠕变后试样夹头部位和断口附近区域的微观组织变化。结果表明:在150℃,345MPa蠕变96h后,合金断口附近区域晶内S’相的长度和厚度比夹头部位增加了1倍。在175℃,265MPa蠕变100h和在200℃,210MPa蠕变115h后,合金断口附近区域晶内S’相厚度比夹头部位都有明显增加,而长度则略有下降。
In order to study the influence of creep temperature on the precipitation process of S phase in Al-Cu-Mg alloy, the creep properties of the alloy at four temperatures of 125, 150, 175 and 200 ℃ were measured. The creep properties of the alloys were analyzed by transmission electron microscope The microstructure changes of the post-sample chuck and the area near the fracture surface. The results show that the length and thickness of the S ’phase in the crystal near the fracture surface of the alloy increase by 1 time compared with that of the collet at 150 ℃ and 345MPa creep for 96h. At 175 ℃, 265MPa creep 100h and 200 ℃, 210MPa creep 115h, the intragranular S ’phase thickness in the region near the fracture surface of the alloy increased obviously, but the length decreased slightly.
