应用电子探针进行定量分析,在科学研究和生产实践中已得到广泛的应用。但在国内外,一般的分析数据都很少进行误差计算,这给数据的正确使用带来一定困难,在电子探针愈加深入应用的今天,探讨误差的计算方法、提高定量分析数据的可靠性显得更加重要。本文的目的在于抛砖引玉,以便把我国电子探针定量分析的精度提高到一个新的水平。一影响定量分析准确度的因素有关电子探针分析方法的物理基础已研究得比较清楚,所采用的修正计算公式也基本统一,但是,由于影响定量分析精度的因素很多,致使出现因不同样品类型和不同的实验条件,分析结果的准确度存在一定的差别,有时相差还比较大。
