事业单位人力资源流动主要是人力资源的流出、流入和在组织内流动所发生的人力资源变动,其对于一个组织人力资源的配置优化与否起到了决定性作用。当前,在市场竞争的日渐激烈下,事业单位人力资源流动中存在的问题越发的显现。本文就事业单位人力资源流动中存在的问题为切入点,提出了事业单位人力资源流动的优化路径。
The flow of human resources in public institutions is mainly the human resource changes that occur when human resources flow out, inflow into and flow within the organization, which plays a decisive role in optimizing the allocation of human resources in an organization. At present, under the increasingly fierce market competition, the problems in the flow of human resources in public institutions have become increasingly apparent. In this paper, the problem of human resource flow in the institution is taken as an entry point, and the optimal path of human resource flow in the institution is proposed.
