自从中共中央、国务院颁布《关于加强职工教育工作决定》以来,慈溪市加强了对职工教育的领导,重视对职工教育培训基地的建设,职工教育有了很大的发展。据初步统计,十多年来,各培训基地累计培训职工达25万人。随着经济改革的不断深入,企业都面临着如何适应市场经济,以提高职工素质,增强企业生命力和竞争力的重大挑战。作为以提高职工素质为己任的培训基地,如何主动适应这种新形势,是一个亟待研讨的新课题。本文就此谈些粗浅的看法。
Since the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council promulgated the Decision on Strengthening Staff Education, Cixi has strengthened its leadership over staff education and placed great emphasis on the building of staff education and training bases. Staff education has greatly developed. According to preliminary statistics, over a decade, all training bases have trained a total of 250,000 workers. With the continuous deepening of economic reform, enterprises are faced with major challenges on how to adapt themselves to the market economy in order to improve the quality of employees and enhance their vitality and competitiveness. How to proactively adapt to this new situation as a training base with the aim of improving the quality of the staff and workers is a new topic to be discussed urgently. This article on some superficial view.
