抽油井试井一直是个难题,迄今为止尚未找到有效方法。本文提出一种磁激励传输井下信息的方法,用这种方法制成的井下仪器可以不用电缆而且能随时测量抽油井井下流动压力、静止压力及深井泵工作状态等参数。所测参数立即由地面仪器打印出相应的数据与图表。本方法通过抽油杆向井下仪器下达指令,从而可以随时获取试井资料,并能准确地画出测井曲线,如压力恢复曲线的拐点非常明显,可用于指导关井时间的长短;井下仪器随抽油泵检泵时放入井内,待下次检泵时随之从井内取出;仪器可在井内正常工作至少一个月,最多可达半年。更换电池后可在其它井内继续使用。经磁激励信息传输通道的模拟试验,结果表明有可能在泵挂深度为1500米的井内实现这种新技术。
Well testing wells has been a challenge and so far no effective method has been found. This paper presents a method of magnetically stimulating the transmission of downhole information. The downhole instrument made by this method can measure parameters such as downhole flow pressure, static pressure and working status of deep well pump at any time without cables. Measured parameters immediately by the ground equipment to print the appropriate data and charts. The method sends instructions to the downhole tool by the sucker rod, so that the well test data can be obtained at any time and the well logging curve can be accurately drawn. For example, the inflection point of the pressure recovery curve is very obvious and can be used to guide the closing time of the well. With the pumping pump into the well when the pump, then the next pump will be taken out from the well; instrument can work in the well at least one month, up to six months. After replacing the battery can be used in other wells. The simulation test of the magnetically-excited information transmission channel shows that it is possible to realize this new technology in a well with a pumping depth of 1,500 m.
