成人高等教育在我国已经经历了形成、发展、转型等几十年的发展过程。成人高等教育想要获得更快更好的发展,就必须要以终身教育作为指导理念,这两者之间是相互发展、相互促进的。所以,需要充分发挥出社会各界的力量,以提高成人高等教育的重要作用,加强构建适应我国社会经济发展,且满足发展需求的高等教育系统。因此,本文针对终身教育背景下的成人高等教育的改革与发展,并对其进行详细地讨论与分析,以期为成人高等教育的发展奠定坚实的理论基础。
Adult higher education has undergone several decades of development in our country, such as formation, development and transformation. If adult higher education wants to achieve faster and better development, it must take life-long education as its guiding ideology, and these two are mutual development and mutual promotion. Therefore, it is necessary to give full play to the strength of all walks of life in society in order to enhance the important role of adult higher education and to strengthen the system of higher education that is adapted to the social and economic development of our country and meets the development needs. Therefore, this article aims at the reform and development of adult higher education under the background of lifelong education, and discusses and analyzes it in detail with a view to laying a solid theoretical foundation for the development of adult higher education.
