本文对新疆维吾尔自治区人民医院临床内外科三级医师进行问卷调查,其结果显示:内外科三级医师工作时间均超过国家规定的每周40小时,平均每周工作时间负荷为46.05小时,高级职称平均每周40.625小时,中级职称每周平均43.87小时,初级职称每周平均52.87小时,内外科三级医师工作时间负荷外科略大于内科工作时间,两组无显著性差异(P>0.05),内外科三级医师工作时间比较,住院医师每周工作时间多于中、高级职称。在具体时间分布上内外科各级医师时间安排各有不同。
This article carried out a questionnaire survey of the third-level physicians of the Department of Clinical Internal Medicine and Surgery of the People’s Hospital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region. The results showed that: The internal and external third-level physicians worked more than 40 hours a week, and the average weekly working load was 46.05 hours. An average of 40.625 hours per week, an average of 43.87 hours per week for intermediate grades, an average of 52.87 hours per week for junior titles, and slightly higher than the internal medicine working time for third-grade physicians in internal medicine and surgery. There was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Comparing the working time of the third-level surgical doctors, the resident physicians work more than the middle and senior professional titles each week. There are differences in the time schedules of doctors at various levels of internal medicine in specific time distributions.
