随着经济社会的快速发展,政府职能由权力型向服务型的转变,政府公共服务水平的提升对于转变政府职能至关重要。如何提高政府公共服务水平,既是建设服务型政府的要求,也是建设服务型政府的表现所在。本文结合天津公共服务投入结构不合理、地区供给不平衡以及创新水平不高等有关问题,对天津市政府提高公共服务水平,建设服务型政府展开一些有益的分析探讨。
With the rapid economic and social development, the transformation of government functions from power-based to service-oriented, and the improvement of the government’s public service levels are crucial for the transformation of government functions. How to improve the level of government public service is not only the requirement of building a service-oriented government, but also the performance of building a service-oriented government. Based on the unreasonable investment structure of public service in Tianjin, unbalanced regional supply and the low level of innovation, this paper conducts some useful analyzes and discussions on improving the public service level and building a service-oriented government in Tianjin Municipality.
