运用多重参考坐标系(Multiple Reference Frame)方法对工程机械用发动机冷却风扇的内部流场进行数值模拟,获得了风扇内部流场数据,如压力场、速度场,详细分析了风扇的内部流场特性,并探讨了不同发动机转速对风扇流量特性的影响。通过与试验结果对比,表明用多重参考坐标系方法模拟风扇内部流场的正确性和可靠性,为优化发动机冷却风扇性能提供参考依据。
The numerical simulation of internal flow field of engine cooling fan for construction machinery is carried out by using Multiple Reference Frame method. The internal flow field data of fan, such as pressure field and velocity field, are obtained. The internal flow field characteristics of fan are analyzed in detail , And discussed the influence of different engine speed on the fan flow characteristics. By comparing with the experimental results, it shows that using multiple reference coordinate system to simulate the correctness and reliability of the flow field in the fan provides a reference for optimizing the performance of the engine cooling fan.
