采用放射免疫法测定45例肺炎和31例肺炎心衰婴幼儿血浆肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮及心房肽浓度,并与对照组进行比较,包括两组治疗前后各项指标的动态观察。结果显示:肺炎组4项指标血浆浓度水平均高于正常对照组,肺炎心衰组均高于肺炎组,差别都有显著性。肺炎与肺炎心衰患儿治疗产后4项指标血浆浓度均呈明显下降。检测结果显示,各项指标血浆浓度随病情加重而上升,随病情好转而下降。提示:肾素、血管紧张素Ⅱ、醛固酮系统及心房肽在小儿肺炎急性期,尤其是在肺炎合并心衰期时,其血浆水下随病情而变化;并参与肺炎时和肺炎心衰时机体的病理生理变化。
The concentrations of plasma renin, angiotensin Ⅱ, aldosterone and atrial natriuretic peptide in 45 infants with pneumonia and 31 infants with pneumonia were measured by radioimmunoassay and compared with the control group, including the dynamic observation of the indexes before and after treatment. The results showed that the plasma levels of four indicators in the pneumonia group were all higher than those in the normal control group and those in the pneumonia group were significantly higher than those in the pneumonia group. The difference was significant. Pneumonia and pneumonia in children with postpartum treatment of four indicators of plasma concentrations were significantly decreased. Test results showed that the plasma concentrations of various indicators increased with the severity of the disease, with the condition improved and declined.
