本文对山东省中学体育教师职业压力现状进行了调查与研究。得出以下结论:中学体育教师群体正普遍承受着较大的职业压力:教师自我总体压力感低于教师职业压力感:乡镇教师职业压力感高于城市教师:职业压力感与教龄呈现出非线性关乐:职业压力从生理、行为、情绪三方面对教师的身心健康产生负面影响。
This paper investigates and studies the status quo of occupational stress in physical education teachers in middle schools in Shandong Province. Draw the following conclusions: The physical education teachers in middle school are generally undergoing greater occupational pressure: the overall self-pressure of teachers is lower than that of teachers: the sense of occupational stress in township teachers is higher than that of urban teachers: the occupational stress and teaching age show a nonlinear Guan Yue: Occupational stress has a negative impact on teachers’ physical and mental health from the aspects of physiology, behavior and emotion.
