2006年,安徽省电力公司对企业人力资源管理进行综合治理和改革,推行全员培训,将“人才强企”战略作为提高企业核心竞争力最重要的一步棋。一把手工程安徽公司对照国家电网公司提出的建设“一强三优”现代公司战略和“三抓一创”工作思路的总体要求,对人力资源工作实行“一把手工程”,加强“第一资源”的经营和管理,转变培训开发理念,督促各级管理者坚持以教育培训为抓手,实现人力资源管理的变革和创新。
