随着我国经济高速发展,银行业竞争也日趋激烈。各家银行已经不能单纯依靠品牌影响力来吸引客户了,更多的是需要为客户提供满意的服务。本文就以建行沈阳泰莱支行为例,谈谈客户满意度对银行业绩的影响。
With the rapid economic development in our country, competition in the banking industry is becoming increasingly fierce. Banks have been unable to rely solely on brand influence to attract customers, more is the need to provide customers with satisfactory service.
