喉癌病人体内微量元素的分析

本文所述实验检测了喉癌病人发、血及喉癌组织中锌、铜、铁、镁、锰、镍、镉、铬8种微量元素的含量,并与正常人对照。结果发现喉癌病人发、血及癌组织镍、镉、锰含量均明显高于正常对照组,差异非常显著;发及癌组织铬含量亦显著增高;喉癌病人血镁含量低于正常;而癌组织镁、锌含量则高于正常人喉内软组织;铜、铁含量与正常对照组比较,无显著差异。本实验结果提示喉癌患者体内镍、镉、铬含量明显升高,可能是喉癌发病的诱发因素;锰含量增高对喉癌发生亦起一定作用;血镁降低,癌组织镁升高可能因为肿瘤生长需要使镁在癌组织内聚集的结果。 The experiments described in this article detect the content of 8 trace elements of zinc, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, nickel, cadmium and chromium in hair, blood and laryngeal carcinoma of laryngeal cancer patients, and compared with normal people. The results showed that the contents of nickel, cadmium and manganese in the hair, blood and cancer tissues of patients with laryngeal cancer were significantly higher than those of the normal control group, the difference was significant; the content of chromium in the hair and cancer tissues was also significantly increased; the blood magnesium content in laryngeal cancer patients was lower than normal; The contents of magnesium and zinc in cancer tissues were higher than those in normal laryngeal tissues. There was no significant difference between copper and iron contents in normal tissues. The results suggest that the nickel, cadmium and chromium levels in patients with laryngeal cancer were significantly increased, which may be the causative factor in the pathogenesis of laryngeal cancer; increased manganese content also play a role in the occurrence of laryngeal cancer; reduced blood magnesium, cancer may be due to increased magnesium Tumor growth requires the accumulation of magnesium within the cancerous tissue.
