Guanghuagang High-tech Co., Ltd. announced on September 16 that the company intends to increase its shareholding in Shandong Huadong Paper Co., Ltd. and plans to build a special paper industry base in the latter’s Shandong Dongping. The total amount of the two investments is not higher than 91.13 million yuan.
