【正】 我所为庆祝成立2周年于1月18日举行了APEC问题报告会和所务工作会议。我所领导、顾问、特约研究员及特邀佳宾50余人参加了会议。当天上午首先由外交部APEC高官王嵎生大使、APEC名人小组中方成员赵公达主讲,介绍了APEC从西雅图到茂物会议的发展过程,并概述了去年大阪会议所取得的成果,分析了APEC中现存的分歧、潜在的矛盾和一些有待解决的问题。他们在展望APEC的发展前景时,提出了今年将在菲律宾召开的APEC会议值得注意的方面。两人的精彩报告博得与会者
