目的:采用总量统计矩分析法对补阳还五汤提取物HPLC指纹图谱进行分析。方法:建立补阳还五汤提取物HPLC指纹图谱。对10批补阳还五汤样本,采用总量统计矩分析法,计算其相关参数并进行分析。结果:10批药材补阳还五汤纯成分的平均AUCT为1.976×107μV.s;AUCPWT为3.807×104μV.s/mg;MCRTT为13.72min,VCRTT为15.74 min2;浓度CT为519.0 mg/mL。结论:统计矩原理可用来刻画多成分(峰)曲线性的特征,AUCT能用于中药复方指纹图谱定量分析,AUCPWT、MCRTT、VCRTT能用于中药复方指纹图谱定性分析。本法具有加合运算的特征,能消除溶剂的干扰,获得纯品的总量统计矩参数;具偶联性,能与多维向量偶联构成多维曲线中心矩及偏差分析。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the HPLC fingerprints of Bu Yang Huanwu Tang extract by total statistical moment analysis. Methods: To establish the HPLC fingerprints of Buyang Huanwu Decoction extract. The samples of 10 batches of Buyang Huanwu Decoction were analyzed by using the total statistical moment analysis method to calculate the relevant parameters. Results: The average AUCT of the pure ingredients of Buyang Huanwu Decoction of 10 batches of herbs was 1.976 × 107μV.s, AUCPWT was 3.807 × 104μV.s / mg, MCRTT was 13.72min, VCRTT was 15.74min 2, and the concentration of CT was 519.0 mg / mL. Conclusion: The principle of statistical moments can be used to describe the characteristics of multi-component (peak) curve. AUCT can be used for the quantitative analysis of compound fingerprints of traditional Chinese medicine. AUCPWT, MCRTT and VCRTT can be used for the qualitative analysis of TCM compound fingerprints. This method has the characteristics of additive operation, which can eliminate the interference of solvents and obtain the total statistical moment parameter of pure product. With coupling, it can be coupled with multi-dimensional vector to form multi-dimensional curve center moment and deviation analysis.
